St. Mary's Bay
St Mary's Bay in the parish of St Mary in the Marsh is a coastal village on Romney Marsh on the south east Kent coast. St Mary's Bay is located about 12 miles south of Folkestone on the A259. [see maps]
St Mary's Bay has a vibrant community centering around its Village Hall, with a wide range of activities for all ages.
St Mary's Bay has a long sandy beach which stretches north to Dymchurch and south to Littlestone-on-Sea, attracting many thousands of visitors each year. The beach provides safe bathing for most people with its fine sandy beach that goes out about half mile mile at low tide.
